Max vs Prime
How long does Max’s boiler last before needing to be refilled?
It depends on how much you use the steam. On average, 30–40 minutes of continuous steam use. Then you stop for 30 seconds, recharge, and start again. For a normal house cleaning, you recharge it once or twice.
Do I still have to check my level with Prime?
No, the pump always keeps it at full power. You just turn it on and go. The system controls everything automatically.
Does Prime consume more water than Max?
No, they consume the same amount of water. The Prime only has a pump that refills automatically, but the amount of water needed for steam is the same.
If I get Max, what am I missing compared to Prime?
Only the automatic charging. Everything else—power, accessories, features, quality—is identical. It’s not a different machine, it’s the same Vakleen with added convenience.
Is it worth spending more for Prime?
It depends on how you clean. If you do long sessions, have a large home, and use a lot of steam, yes. If you clean a normal flat in an hour, Max is more than enough.
Can I add after auto-recharge to Max?
